Fine salt, sodium chloride (NaCl), granules for saltwater pools and saltwater chlorinator use

With a salt water chlorinator system, free chlorine is generated from the electrolysis of salt for water sanitization.

On average, 4kg of salt per m³ of pool volume (other written forms of this amount: 4000ppm or 4g/L) is needed upon start-up of salt chlorinator usage. Please check your salt chlorinator’s owner manual for the subsequent dosing amount to be maintained in the pool.
